I'm sure any new language pack will be appreciated by somebody at some point in time.  Once you've completed the translation, you can post it in the "Mods" forum for others to download.

Privet. I am Russian too. I dont translate interface in Russian, but I was need in Russian words in discription. It's very easy
change the encoding to "windows-1251" in header.html and it should work.
In this forum I found russian language 4image site http://aleksey.h1.ru/4images.

You can vizit my site, but it without russian interface, only russian discription.
