How can i set a photo to have preview?

I don't think many people are going to understand your question.  At least I don't.  What exactly do you mean?  Thumbnails are displayed all over the place in 4images, especially the categories.

Need more info.

well, actualy on HOME page shows new images.
and it seems that u dont have any yet.

Have u tryed use GD insted?
anyway, when u figure it out, u'll need click on 'auto thumbnail' in admin control panel. otherwise u wont see any thumbnails.

i did "auto thumbnail" but it didn't help
about netpbm - i'm not sure about it, where should i put GD? does it need installation?

i put GD in the root-gallery directory, but still...what could be wrong?
