Bulk image upload/paste

Hi all.  I just installed 4images as I am looking for a replacement for the script I am using presently for my albums, that being Linpha.  My problem is the 2200+ pictures I already have on the server.  I really don't want to download them to my computer, then re-upload them to 4images one at a time.  Is there a short cut way of doing this, ie copy/paste?  Your thoughts/ideas/opinions are appreciated.

Thanks for the swift reply.  I installed the plugin, and after reading all 14 pages on that thread, I figured out that the data path must be absolute, then it worked great!  All 2236 pics, 236 categories done in 20 minutes.  Thanks so much.
