Images per page help

i recently installed this script. Whatever i do the the images per page doesn't change, it only changes when i change the table cells. Here is my link. http://ps-net.us/themesdb its on the bottom right and say Themes Per Page, when i click it, it doesn't change

Hello;
the home page only shows the last 3 pictures, by default. So, paging does not work, and does not need to.
Template developers should remove setperpage_dropdown_form from their "home.html" file... :oops:

But in anyother page, like http://ps-net.us/themesdb/categories.php?cat_id=1, it does.

If you really need to make paging work in your own homepage, look at there: add paging to index

actually i looked through the index.php file, found this "$num_new_images = $config['image_cells']; I changed it to "$num_new_images = 9;" so i can make it show more images. There might be a better way but, i tried changing the image cells in acp, didn't work, so i resorted to this

Sorry, I do not understand where you keep on having any problem.

Please explain it as I was a 6 years old child.
