Disabling admin validation for user uploaded images

Is there anyway to disable admin validation for member uploaded images.
I have a limited amount of time to check and validate therefore some of my members complain
that their images dont show up.
 If there is no way then its ok. I still think 4images is the best gallery program out there.

In admin control panel, edit categories and change "Direct Upload" to "Registered Users".
