Validation Code before Downloading

Is it possible to add a validation code before a user downloads a file or image?

Something like this, but in download section? :p

OH, cause someone was messing with my files and downloaded a lot of them within an hour.
And i was unable to check who did it ><

Maybe this might stop funny guys to click and click and clik download button

1. For a download limit take this : MOD Download limit

2. If you want to know who downloaded the files take this : [Mod] Keep Track Of Each action
( I can't finde the link ... a moment please ...  )

3. Sometimes there is a solution with a validation code by V@no ... ?

IMO typing text for each download would be anoin..

And besides the two mods mawenzi showed, you can prevent people hotlink to download function. (one can post a link directly to download.php somewhere on other sites)
