Starting a new web site with ....

Sorry, i'm a newbie and my english is very bad...Tank You for alll the help you are giving me....

I'm starting a html web site... my server has everything to work with 4images....
i need to have in the index.html,  3 ou four thumbs of the latest photos published and if poossible with random of the latest ones.... but the acess to real ones in other of my pages... it can be with frames or not, in flash or what ever...
by click on the index thumbs or in a button on the menu, goes to a photos gallery page.... there i need to have the pics and the categories...  i dont't need coments in the pics or acess by login.... just the pics....

can you teel me how to do it?

i've got the 4images and alll it takes to work... ( www.cocoloco-pt.com/gallery )... you can see it...
but i need to do this:

1- In the www.cocoloco-pt.com/index_.html,of the main page i need to see 3 ou 4 thumbnails of the most recent ones(on the left side down)
2- In the www.cocoloco-pt.com/index-5.html  (where i want to see the photos) i need to see it as i designed the web for.... in 3 part.... on the left side, top, the categories, on the left down, the thumbnails of the categorie selected, and on the right the image setected to see...

i dont know nothing about php, 4 images....

can you help me?

just a litle of html and flash.... and i need to be able to put this working very soon....
