Here is a modification to get ALT text on the buttons for 1.7
Replace the files:

categories.php
functions.php
lightbox.php

Add included lang text in your Language file main.php (between "<?php"   and   "?>"
Translation is in "bad" English

Here is a translation in Swedish for 1.7,
main.php, install.php,  admin.php is not finished but someone maybe can do the rest.... i use english in admin..
email templates is translated
images also included
