Installation, Update & Configuration / Admin Password reset - English Please

I scewed up my password. How do I reset the password. I changed it in mysql to a text password and it does not work. I am sure I did something wrong so If you could give me direction on how to rest it that would be great. This was a fantastico install if that makes a differance.

This is the complete error that displays on the index page when displayed online:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/myrtlebe/public_html/lang/english/main.php:387) in /home/myrtlebe/public_html/includes/sessions.php on line 101

I did add text to the header about 2 months ago and had no errors. I was on the site yesterday ago and noticed an error message displaying when you view the site online.
The script had been working fine for the last 2 months why do I now get an error message?

Do I need to change something on line 101?
