I tried also to move NetPBM files into /cgi-bin/ folder of my website (http://4images.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/) but 4Images can't find them.
How 4images checks if NetPBM is installed?

Hello!
I'm trying to use NetPBM with 4images. My host is on Linux RedHat 7.
I downloaded the minimal NetPBM pack from gallery:

And uploaded the files, after unpacking the tar.gz, into a subdir called netpbm. So my 4images is at http://4images.mysite.com and NetPBM at http://4images.mysite.com/netpbm.
NetPBM dir contains:

giftopnm
jpegtopnm
pngtopnm
pnmcut
pnmfile
pnmflip
pnmrotate
pnmscale
pnmtopng
ppmquant
ppmtogif
ppmtojpeg

If I try to run directly via web one of those file I can see a flood of ascii chars (this should mean they work?).
4Images gives me always

NetPBM error. Wrong path or NetPBM not installed.
Check module settings.

I tried as NetPBM path:
/netpbm
/netpbm/
http://4images.mysite.com/netpbm
http://4images.mysite.com/netpbm/
netpbm/
netpbm

but nothing changes... where am I wrong?

Hello!
I followed the instructions: in 4images I can see phpBB users and they don't need to login it, but when they hit "log out" they see phpBB warning message "Invalid_session"... what's my mistake?
I've a domain and forum.mydomain.com and 4images.mydomain.com and I set in phpBB to use ".domain.com" as cookie domain...

thanks, i've downloaded NetPBM and compiled it... wow many files. I found a minimal pack (for Gallery), but it's made for Linux 2.2, maybe it works also on 2.4?

Hello!
I've a big problem: my host use Ensim as web configuration tool... every url like mysite.com/admin points to Ensim control panel. I'm trying to install 4images in 4images.mysite.com but 4images.mysite.com/admin points to Ensim... I tried to rename /admin in /admin2 but which files I have to modify to make 4images works with new folder?

Hello!
I've no shell access to my webserver so I've to upload the whole site via FTP and I can't compile ImageMagick or NetPBM but I have to upload a pre-compiled ver. My host is running RedHat 7.
I statically compiled the two softwares on my HD: they create a lot of files in /bin directory.
Which files are necessary to use the Auto-functions? Is better to use ImageMagick or NetPBM?
