car-photos is category, bmw3-20 is the picture name

i want to setup my picture gallery.. but It only supports english characthers.. just click on Turkce or deutsch.. You will understand what I'm talking about...

How can I see german or turkish letters (my database is empty) It's probably related to plesk

It musn't be related to MYSQL because there is no mysql yet..

I got the problem.. My current encoding is UTF-8 and I have to change it to ISO-8859-9

How can I do that in 4images gallery

I mean it's not related to database...

Hello;

I have some turkish caracther problems in 4images gallery.. I moved my database... I have turkish plugin..

The problem appears when I want to move my mysql database.. aand the problem is in new server

how can I move my database without getting problems with turkish caracthers
