Discussion & Troubleshooting / multilang 4images when no registration available

Hey guyz.
Some info about:
- PHP version 4.4.3
- mySQL version 4.*
- 4images version 1.7.4
- Link http://www.eih.co.il/products/
The question is... As you may see, i've croped down a lot of things from the main template, so the people can't register, add, edit remove, rate, comment, and see many stupid details that I actually dont need here. What do i need is a Product Catalog, so sad this setting cannot be accessed from Admin Panel...
Anyway, i dont care.. im done and what i need to do, is to before the people access main page of my catalog, and see the default lang "russian", i want them to have a choise of 2 languages.. maybe i could integrate some welcome page with a choise of 2 langs that will redirect user to rus-4image or hebrew-4image ... Is that possible or i need to run another engine on my hosting?
