Is there a way to move all of a users pictures to a different category?
For example: Let's say John Doe has all his pics in Category 1. I want to be able to move ALL those pics so they are now moved to Category 2 instead of 1..
Is this possible with 1.7.4?

DEFINATELY like the FTP tip.. But how would you specify who sent it? In the control panel you can specify filename, desc, who uploaded it..

Well that was one HELL of a waste of time!!!! The computer needed to reboot from a windows update and discovered it did not upload ANYTHING!! 2 HOURS and nothing happened!!
So if I upload 1 at a time it will take no more than 2-3 mins. But upload like 4 and it takes 2 HOURS!

Currently using 1.7.4 and I am really starting to get fed up and don't understand why this is happening. I LOVE the program but for it's one HUGE DOWNFALL; HORRIFICALLY SLOW at uploading images.
I had 4 (Four) 2-3 meg images to upload to the gallery thru the control panel and on my ADSL connection, it's been over 1 1/2 HOURS and it's still going! Still waiting for the "File upload in progress....
This window will close automatically once the upload is completed." to complete. HOW can we possibly speed this up and WHY does it have to be running like it's on a 14.4 baud modem??

Um.. I appreciate the link. But that's not really what I'm wanting to do. I don't want to list the last active users.. I just want to be able to obtain the Last Active date from a user and be able to QUERY the variable that stores that date in my other html file.

How do I obtain the LAST ACTIVITY Variable?? I want to execute a MYSQL QUERY and obtain the LAST ACTIVITY of users but seems they don't have a VARIABLE but in fact ENCRYPTED coding that is DECODED and then displayed??
If you look up the variables for Last Activity.
shows on the html file as "15.05.2008 02:20" BUT the variable stores "1208155387"

Is there a variable that distinguishes whether or not a user uploaded pics to their 4images account or not? Currently I use 1.7.4.
Basically I already wrote a script that executes a QUERY to open a users information from the database, it looks for the user with the email address and that determines being the correct user. But how would I write the script to determine whether or not the user found actualy UPLOADED any pics or not?

WOW!! That was awesome!! THANKS!!!
One small question.. I did find the "Auto-thumbnail" and it is set to YES and the categories are set to Registered.. But still doesn't work. It SEEMS that it may be in fact creating a thumbnail as when I go to edit the images, it shows a thumbnail in the thumbnail part. But it DISPLAYS the FULL SIZE image when you view the image.
One small question.. I did find the "Auto-thumbnail" and it is set to YES and the categories are set to Registered.. But still doesn't work.

1. How can I DISABLE LIGHTBOX for NON ADMIN's?
2. How can I DISABLE the feature to upload THUMBNAILS for NON ADMIN's? I just want them to be able to upload the full size pic and let the script do the thumbnailing..
3. How can I remove that "Receive emails from administrators:" from in the users control panel ?
4. How can I remove that "Hide your online status:" from in the users control panel ?
5. How do I make it so it actually THUMBNAILS the images upon the user uploading it? So it displays the THUMBNAIL online, but can also view the FULL SIZE if they want.. That is what I thought this does? It seems to be uploading the full size and DISPLAYING the FULL size. I do have it set to "Auto-create thumbnail" YES.
