Installation, Update & Configuration / Multiple accounts with same email

I am going to use 4homepages.de as a classifieds system for an online world for Neverwinter Nights.
I need to modify the code so that people can have multiple accounts, using the same email.
People have multiple characters, and Id like them to have a username for each charater, but Id also like all the accounts that a player has to use the same email.
So, more or less, Id like to be able for a user to make multiple accounts, all using the same email address.
This is going to be a small site, not many people using it, so I dont mind if it opens up a vunerability because the same email is going to be used on each account a member makes.
Is this possible?
