I'm currenting getting these errors each time i am downloading images in my Lightbox. the error message is


Fatal error: Call to undefined method Zipfile::file() in /hsphere/local/home/jessica8/empty-tears.net/publiceyes/download.php on line 149

I'm not sure what the error means.

Oh I see where you were talking about. I just clicked the broken images and saw that the sub categories were hidden. I wonder where the images went. I'll try and figure that out. Thank you for your help!!

Ah, what i mean was the page looks pretty weird. There is broken images as well.
Here is a screen cap of what I see.


I didn't see "+" on there.

I just got done upgrading my 4images to the version (1.7.2). When I got done upgrading it, I went to go and edit my sub-categories in my CP and saw that they were gone. They still show up in my website, but they don't show up in my CP. Does this have something to do with how I upgraded it?

Installation, Update & Configuration / HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

Ok first of all, please bare with me. I am VERY VERY new to this PHP stuff and I will seem to be airhead about this.

I had my friend install 4images for me a year back since i can not do this my self. I had no problems with this my self until now, I got a pop up in my CP saying that there is a new verison of 4images so i thought, 'ok, i'll see if i can install this my self so i won't have to bother my friend again'. so what i do, i messed up so BAD. i did everything wrong. its hard for me to understand the directions knowing that i am very new with PHP and such. >_<

my first problem is, when i tried to upgrade.. it said for me to backup my files... so i backed up my files! when i was done upgrading, i tried to restore my files, but i got this message

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11531969 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/jessica8/empty-tears.net/publiceyes/includes/db_utils.php on line 30

and now, all of my OLD OLD OLD files are back on my website! all of my new photos that i uploaded are all gone. I Can't restore my files! what do i do!!!??

and my second problem is, in my "edit categories" in CP, all of my sub categories for my gallerys are gone! i think i did something to cause this when i was "trying" to upgrade this my self.

here i took screen cap of what my sub categorie looks like. i don't know where my sub categories are. i had over 30 of them and now they are gone!! how to bring them back?!?!



please please someone help me out with this trouble!!! T__T
