i have been looking forever for a way to allow uploads larger than 2mb ... and i have found the tutorial on how to do it and know that i must change my PHP.ini file. well i have tried everything and i have ( i think ) created my own php.ini file but it still wont let me upload files larger than 2mb.

i am willing to pay someone to help me with my problem ... please ... someone?

i installed 4images and love it! but ..

i cant upload anything over 2mb , and i have searched around the internet and still cant get any help on how to change the max upload size limit in my php.ini file. can someone please help me?
