Installation, Update & Configuration / Blank screen in the install.php file...

HEy, I have been trying to figure out how to install this for days. Everythime I put the information in the boxes, i just get a blank screen with the 4images logo at the top. I also dont know what the difference between "mywebcontrolusername" and my "databaseusername" is. Can someone please help?

im not sure what the difference between the database username and webcontrol username is..

I did all of that and when I click the install button it just goes to a blank screen. Im not sure im putting in the right information in the db fields .
