Hello. I have finally got the 4images software to work but now Im having trouble with the email. My users cannot recieve the registry email to activate the accounts. can u help ?

Hello! I'm in real need of help. I've tried to install 4images for a long time but it isn't working when it did it said something like install the config.php and rewrite it but when i did there wasnt a file to rewrite it just uploaded and it wouldn't take effect. so I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to do it for me please email me if you would thanks
