Mods & Plugins (Requests & Discussions) / emailed upon arrival of newly uploaded images???

hi! i tried searching and got no where quick-what i wanted to know is there some way that i (the admin) can get an email letting me know that someone has uploaded a new image? currently my host doesn't support any of the auto-thumbnail creators so i have to do all the thumbnails by hand and need to know when people upload images so i can create the thumbs. help would be appreciated.
