Hallo,

ich suche eine Möglichkeit das wenn man zu einem Bild einen langen Dateinamen schreibt, dieser bei den Thumbnails gekürzt angezeigt wird.
Also wenn das Bild "Palme mit Kokosnuss in der Südsee" heißt, das unter dem Thumb nur mehr steht "Palme mit Koko..." und wenn es neu ist dass es dann nochmals drei Buchstaben weniger sind, als "Palme mit K...^new". Warum? Damit nicht das ganze Layout verschoben wird.
Sollte eine "einfache" if then else anweisung sein. Nur wo muss ich diese anbringen?

Hi, i'm looking for a solution to cut long filenames under a thumb. Like the filename ist "palm with coconut at the south seas" under the tumb it should be "palm with coco..." an if the picture is new too, it should be 3 letters less like "palm with c...^new" Why? So that the whole layout will not be shifted.
Should be a "simple" if then else tag, but i dont know where to change.

Hi,

i've found the "malefactor".
I've checked all my modifikations step by step, and cheched every appropriated thread.
And the reason was a wrong instruction in the "Photo Preview Hack",
which already was corrected by V@no.

This mysql error message is the only one i get at my server.

If login in admin level, you see full error.

i've tride it also with the admin Account, an there is only the same error i've allready postet. Not more and not less.

If login in admin account, what is say for all mySQL error ?

I don't know exactly what you mean.
This mysql error message is the only one i get at my server.

hallo, dies ist normal (leider), ausser die fehlermeldung ist sicher nicht i.o.
mir ist dies auch aufgefallen, dass wenn man einen reload (aktualisierung)
macht, kommentare doppelt geschrieben werden.

vielleicht schreibt jemand einen kleinen hack der dies unterbindet!

also bei einem Reload könnte ich mir es erklären, da ja die Daten dann nochmals gepostet und eingetragen werden.
Da fragt Dich der Browser doch sogar ob Du die Daten nochmals schicken willst.
Bei mir passiert das leider jedesmal auch schon beim ersten Eintrag.

Hi,

bin gerade dabei mir eine eigene Fotodatenbank aufzubauen und das mit 4Images.
Meine Lernkurve die letzten Wochen ist enorm, zumal ich eigentlich kein Programmierer bin - auch dank dieses Forums.

Nun bin ich aber wiedermal an meine Grenzen gestoßen.
Wenn man ein Kommentar posted erscheint dieses zweimal.
Und ich habe das Forum schon abgesucht leider kwinw Lösung gefunden und auch selbst gesucht, aber leider den Fehler nicht gefunden.
Nach dem posten zeigt PHP auch unten stehenden Fehler an!
Es passiert mit normalen Usern sowie auch mit Admins
Hat jemand eine Idee? Wo könnte ich suchen? An was kann das liegen?

I've troubles with comments. They will be posted double. I dont know further.
after posting there ist this PHP Errorcode also.
it occurs with normal users and also with admins
Does anyone has a sugestion what could it be or where can i search?

Hi,

would i be possible that some can ad a javascript which automatic udate/reload the page, for reason you are working with a slow servermachine an the thumbnail creation and annotation process takes longer, so that you would't get an timeout (or that the page does not respond anymore), like SLL realized it in his "Image Annotation (Watermark) Mod"?

Do you know what i mean/need?

Kann irgend jemand ein Javascript einbauen, welches die Seite, wie in SLL's "Image Annotation (Watermark) Mod" realisiert, und man so auch auf langseren Servern die Möglichkeit hat mehrere (alle/viele) Fotos auf einmal hinzufügen, ohne auf der Seite ein Timeout kommt oder die Seite gar nicht mehr reagiert?

Versteht ihr was ich meine/brauche

i'd like to use one of Vienix Templates, the 4default_wide one.

Due to the page it should work for 1.7.4, but it doesnt.

Its a clean installation, but but it seams that something would not be included?

I've search the forum for quite while now, so i'll try it with asking
