Installation, Update & Configuration / Chnaged web address, lost gallery

Hello, This is very much a newbie question but I need help relocating my gallery.
I have recently changed webhosts, and got a different web address but i have now lost the gallery. How do i upload it to my new site.. or have I lost it completely?
The adress use to be http://www.markphilippoussis.org/4images
My new site is http://www.flipfans.net
I have tried uploading the 4images folder to the public folder and changed the adress to flipfans.net/4images - but i get an error.
can anyone try to explain this in simple steps...it a little confusing.
