Installation, Update & Configuration / 1.7.8 issue

I use "fantastico" to install 4images on my server and when I updated to 1.7.8 the other day, it appeared to update just fine with one problem: all I see is a white page instead of the actual site.

Any clue what might've gone wrong or how to fix it now?

Hi everyone:

I have 4images installed and working, with one issue.  When you login and go to where the images are, the thumbnail has an eye on it for each image.  Now, if you click the eye, you see the actual image.

How do I fix that?  Or do I need to upload thumbnails for each image?
