Title: Site will Not load for hours then come back for hours and so on

My site

www.mixtaperadio.net/mixtapes  half the day usualy will not load and when it does it will load this  error code
Have no i dea why this is..

Somestiems i can get into admin page and some times not.

can any one help me on this
