4images may be used and modified free of charge for personal and non-profit use.

Commercial use must purchase a Licence.

Google AdSense (or any other ads) wich category belongs to?
It's not a commercial site, i'll just try to minimize the hosting cost..

Thanks
Daniel

Would have that same question. Jan, does your silence mean that it would qualify as a commercial licence? I guess other users could also use some clarity on this, big thx.

I would like to know this too. Just wanted to use Google Ads to cover my webspace and traffic costs.
Is this commercial use? I don't want to sell the photos in my gallery!

If you're running the gallery as a private person AND you're running
the gallery for non-commercial purposes, you don't have to buy a
licence for commercial use.

If you're not sure about your gallery, please send an email with a
link to your 4images site to license@4homepages.de

This does not apply to the copyright-removal regulation:
The removal of the visible copyright information at the footer of each
output page of 4images can only be legalized through the purchase of a
copyright-removal license.
