Title: template making?

Hello,

I'm trying to make a template from the original theme for 4images and everytime I try and upate something, no changes go into effect?  Is there a specific way you have to go about doing this or something?

set proper permissions?

I checked out the permissions on each file and directory and they're set to the required CHMOD permissions. Thanks for the reply.
