Title: Hit counter visible at the main page

Hello again,

While I'm kinda tweaking my 4imgaes based gallery I was wondering if it's possible to bring up the hit counter to be visible at the main page - is there any plugin avialable for 4images counting the people visiting site?

Are you asking for something like "Actually online: 55"?  :wink:

If yes - there's already something like that on the bottom of the main gallery page.

If no - you can always implement an external hit-counter on the page - that would be the easiest way...


But: I would be also interested in a simple statistical overview like:

Visitors
This month: 3500
This week: 1000
Today: 100
On-line: 10

Would that be possible?

I have something like that done by an external statistics-provider, but it is not very realistic - the stats-server is often down :(

There are lots of external counters, logging tools. Pick one ;)

I'm using pphlogger, which also coulld be placed in the page as counter hits. and I've posted integration too ;)
