Title: Picture upload - daily limit for user - possible?

Hi again - Just wondering if it would be possible to define a maximum number of photos  the user would be able to upload directly to gallery per day. Is there any hack/mod for a sort of extended user control?

that mod is not recovered yet but its in the "todo" list.
