i get this error, or 250-AUTH LOGIN PLAIN, whenever I try to send e-mail. I've tried different servers and changing my login to PLAIN from LOGIN.

Why is this happening??

I belive it was discused several times here already, please use search.

You don't need to use SMTP to send email.  Have you checked the FAQ?
