Title: Upgrading subcategorie to main category ??

Hello,

Is it possible to upgrade a subcategory to a main category?

One of the subcategories is getting very big and is now entitled to be a main category (to my standards).

Maybe I can edit the sql-database but I would like some feedback from more experienced users first  :wink:

Hope somebody can help me with this.

not sure what do u mean, but any categoryes can be moved around, just go to ACP, click on "Edit categories" use either yellow arrows to move your categories, or edit them and set "Subcategory under"

I knew that I could move them up and down.
Just missed the option to edit the category and make it a main category.
Must be the eyes  8)  Made about 1200 pics in two days.
