Title: Pictures show on Mac not on Windows XP
Post by: oli on May 21, 2003, 01:48:46 PM
Hi,

first of all, thanks for a very good image publishing concept. I have installed it on an external server after testing it locally. Everything runs well when I view it on my Mac running OS X, but when I switch to the Windows XP platfrom, sometimes the photographs load, sometimes not.

Interestingly the uploaded .mov files always show and run, just jpgs do not show consistently on XP.

Any help or comments from users having similar problems would be appreciated.

To answer your questions:

1. No, I see only blank frames
2. Yes, it happens with any images, except .mov
3. No, refresh page does not help

I will look into that. I checked the posts on the link you gave and it might be antivirus protection or firewall security. If I find out exactly what the problem is, I will post the details. Thank you for your help.
