Hi everybody

I like the gallery cos, it's so easy to configure and handle anyway.

But, if a put more than 4000 pics to the 4images gallery, than the system changes from fast to a boring system  ...  :(
Now I have to wait more than 5 secounds to load each page (my computers are just in my own 100MB LAN).

I also have nearly 100 Categories with all folders and subfolders. In fact, I use 3 subfolder concept.

My Systemperformance: AMD K6 450MHz, 512MB Ram on an ASUS Motherboard P5A under SuSE Linux Professional 7.3.


I think, that my system is to slow for all the operations. Oder has it something to do with programming oder MySQL-Server?

did u try disable random image in includes/constants.php ?
