Title: Blank page when trying to do thumbnails using IMAGEMAGICK!!!
Post by: ST on February 25, 2003, 10:08:49 PM
hi all
i've look in forum archives but, does not found the solution..

i've installed the ImageMagic under WINDOWS XP for Apache 2.. the gallery ver - 1.7
ImageMagic works fine using XP comand prompt (RUN menu), it resize images and so on..

I set the path: "c:/home/imagemagick/convert.exe"
I choose the "ImageMagic" from dropdown menu..

But when i try to enter to "Auto-Thumbnailer" or to "Auto-Image-Resizer" I get WHITE blank page.. no errors, no nothing.. And no thumbnails by uploading imaging (I set the option "Auto-create thumbnail" - "YES")..

If I use GD all is OK but images looks very bad :)

What else should i configure?? Just :? ...

PLEASE HELP..
thanks!  8O

When I have blank pages on my system it is always a permision issue.

And in fact you may need to allow the Image Magick folder itself for more permissions.

Hope that helps.
