Title: additional field in members profile

hello,

i want to add a additional field where users can add their real name and i want that info available for everyone on the members_profile pages and not just for administrators control panel like http://www.4homepages.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4108 does. please, it would be a great help.
can u please tell me wich files should i change, what should i look for and what do i have to edit?

actually yes, i did read that but for some reason i couldn't make that new filed. but know i get it working and everything seems ok
