Title: help with installation?

whenever i try to install, i get this message:

can someone help me out? thank you in advance.

Ask your host for your database config settings.  What you've posted doesn't look right.

try this yourdatabasename_yoursitename.com then yourdatabasepassword_yoursitename.com

it was work for me, i hope it would work for u
