Hi, could i make it so that the image gallery looks for thumbnails called tn_*filenamehere* instead of it just looking for the file name? cause i have all my thumbails with a tn_ infront of it.

Thats not possible. I think i have posted long time ago an script which removes the tn_ prefix from all thumbnails in one directory. Search the mod forum.
