Title: Error creating thumbnails (NetPBM)

I use 4images gallery with netPBM. (binary / win32)

I wrote the correct path for NetPBM. But when i go to create thumbnails (auto-thumbnailer) it gives this error:

Create thumbnail for: AIK Solna 1 (solna1.JPG) ....   'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\hakan\genclik\1907-genclik.org\www\gallery\net_pbm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
   Error creating thumbnail!

Note: All the thumbnail folders are CHMOD to 777.

Also i searched all the forum to find the way to solve my problem but i couldn't find it exactly.

Can anyone please tell me what shall i do ?

Im getting the exactly same error, and i can't solve it :(
