Title: What is [b]CSRF[/b]? Why the file [b]csrf_utils.php[/b]?

Hello,

For the first time I got this error: CSRF check failed.

What is CSRF? Is it something new at 4images?
Why the file csrf_utils.php?

CSRF is a security tool and is included since V1.7.9
