i have 2 bases and i want to use another one in 4homepages

You can have 4images use any database you'd like so long as you have a database user name and password for it.

i mean now i'm using 1 base, but can i change it without reinstallation of 4homepages?

With the use of something like phpMyAdmin, yes.  You'd backup the 4images database tables, restore them to your new database, and update your config.php file to point to the new database.
