I got this

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'myrunes_images@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/myrunes/public_html/4images/includes/db_mysql.php on line 39

DB Error: Could not connect to the database server (localhost, myrunes_images).

what happened?

You have set the wrong database settings. You have to fill in the right databse host, user and password. Maybe you should contact your host for that.
