Title: Can't find the answers in search!!!! Validate photos

Hi, I have searched (here and Google) and cannot find the answer to this question. 

1- How can I set it up so users can upload photos WITHOUT me having to validate them ( I will check them out when I have time )

OH and 1 more thing while I am here. . . . What files have to have permissions changed to 777 ( if any ) Thanks again.

about permissions, it's covered in docs/installation.txt file from 4images package.
