Title: Removing tables to get full css

Hey  i am in th e process  of creating my own template. However I am having problems modifing the {user_box} tag ,in order for it to be used by my css file .Can you tell me where is it located and also the {catagories} tag

user_logininfo.html, user_loginform.html and category_bit.html templates
