I had everything set up and went into the control panel to switch from german to enlish. Then I got this error

and now I can't get into my control panel again. What am I doing wrong?
-
Just upload the folder "english".
-To fix this problem upload the folder "english".
-Rename the folder to "language-pack_english"
-Go to the control panel and change the language back to "deutsch"
-Rename folder back to "english"
-Change the language in the control panel to "english"
