Title: Question about the contact form mod

Hi

I am looking to find out about the contact form mod..

I have downloaded the zip and uploaded to where it said ..

My question is which file do i connect to on the left side of the 4images template ..

Right now I have a help link in the extra links on the left side though it's not connected to the right spot I would like to know which one I connect to?

any help would be wonderful
