Title: thumbnail prob

Im using the iceberg theme and I am h aving trouble with thumbnails:

Any idea how I can get it like the demo:

hi,

upload you pictures via Admin CP without thumbnails...
then generate them in Admin CP with "Auto-Thumbnailer"
