OK First I speak no German lol so help in English pretty pretty please

I have a website on Free Forums and its a scrapbook site. I am now wanting to use 4 images as my gallery for ladies to share their scrapbook pages etc.
So please can you tell me this.
I downloaded the 4 images and yet how do I get it installed on my site?
