Title: Images missing?
Post by: Craig Reade on October 20, 2007, 11:14:32 AM
I just did a fresh install of 4images 1.7.4 and all the "stock" images (logos, buttons, etc) are missing.

For example, the header logo - the gallery is looking for the image under /4images/templates/default/%7btemplate_url%7d/images/header_logo.gif - of course, there is no such /%7btemplate_url%7d folder under default.

Also, when I select a category from the gallery - it looks for it under /templates/default/%7bcat_url%7d

You can see for yourself at http://www.stillontheshelf.com/4images

How can I make this work?

By read this:

The problem is permission (CHMOD) setting from FTP.

Hate to disagree, but the permissions are set properly. I downloaded another template, and switched it over to that one - seemed to work on that one.

I double checked my settings - and they are correct. Any other possibility?

Yes, if use another free download template, please report this to the template author (or to KurtW in Templates & Styles (Releases & Support)).
