how can administrator add comments and keywords to files already uploaded?

ACP -> Images -> Edit Images -> Your Image -> Description/Keywords -> Save Changes ... ;)

Ok I figured out what you meant. But is there an easier way? About half have have comments. So that's about 3000 files I have to find (which is not easy}. Is there a way to do it where I can pick the photo that doesn't have keywords and edit it? I know I am a pain but,,,,,,,,,, :oops:

1 - Search by image name - same place Mawenzi say.
2 - Edit on IDs with phpmyadmin for field you like edit. ;)

If I choose more than 1 images to edit, I can only save the date. Is there a mod to save also the fields description, keywords and some other added db_fields? Otherwise the value of these fields will be empty after saving - and I like to change only one special field for all images...

BUT.... added extra db_fields (additional image fields) can not be handled yet... NOT yet...

Thanks for the link. I only found und used the "old" quick edit version. But I don´t mean the Quick Edit functions. When these choose no, I can edit many images at the same time, but the fields description und keywords are empty when multiple editing. There must be an additional button and function as "Save original date" for descrition and keywords.
