Title: Anyway to shift site NOT data folder?

Hello friends,

I have a site and want to move it to a new server. I can move the site but i don't want to move "DATA" folder to new server.

I can add a domain just for DATA folder, so that it can be reach able with http://www.domain2.com/data/....



So, is there any way to move just site and i can change all the links to the (local) data folder in the database with some domain. sothat all the files should point to http://www.domain2.com/data/1/file.jpg INSTEAD of ../data/1/file.jpg

Can somebody suggest something?
