Title: IPTC info select only certain fields to show in thumbnails and details page?

Is there any way to select only "certain fields" to show of the IPTC info ?

For example:
IPTC Creator
- Creator

IPTC Content
- Header

Basic Info
Caption

IPTC Image
Date Created

Now for example how can I add description and date of the IPTC info in the thumbnails page for a gallery ?

I have in mind creating something like this but using 4images if can select the IPTC info.
