Title: [REQ] Userprofile Comments

I search for a Mod to write Comments on Userprofiles.
Not Guestbook, simply comments on profiles. Without
bbcode, .... only Comments :)

you can apply this mod

and modify it a little bit

- select any user name to see their profile + the comment ( i called it note)
